HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
- We hope that you love your new purchase, however, should you wish to return an item you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To return your order please contact us on feyneyofficial@gmail.com , we will reply to you within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your item.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend you use a tracked delivery service as we will not accept responsibility for any returned item that fails to reach us
- Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded
- Refunds will be processed within three working days from the date we receive your item. The time taken for the money to reach your account will vary depending on your bank
