WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS?
Worldwide Shipping!
- Germany Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) - 3,70€
- EU Standard Delivery (3-7 working) days - 5€
- International Standard Delivery (10-28 working) days - 6€
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 150€!
- Shipping times are estimates and do not account for extraneous factors that are beyond our control like failed delivery attempts, issues with customs, postal holidays etc.
- You are responsible for the costs of any failed delivery due to providing the wrong shipping address
- Important note: We only ship orders once payment has been verified and confirmed (this may take 1-2 working days). Any customs or duties incurred upon delivery of item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
We aim to dispatch all orders received in the next two working days. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or bank holiday will not be processed until the following working day.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your package is on its way, you will receive an e-mail with shipping information including a link to track your parcel. Orders are delivered by DHL or Deutsche Post, which allows you to track your parcel in real time.
WHAT IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN THEY DELIVER?
We recommend that you use an address where you can be at home for the delivery, for many people this is a work address.
However, if you are out, the normal procedure is for the delivery service to leave a 'while you were out' card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.
Feyney does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
